About Me

Holistic Therapy is about treating the whole person - mind, body and spirit. I combine Hypnotherapy, Reiki Healing, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology and Nutrition advice.

All treatments are undertaken in a friendly, relaxed environment with soothing background music. For the elderly and disabled, I provide a mobile service in Northants.

As a Reiki Master/Teacher, I hold monthly in Rushden with instruction in all 3 levels of Reiki Healing plus teacher training. Level I is for self-healing and you may also treat family and friends. Level II enables you to treat the general public and progress into starting your own professional healing business.

I use to enable relaxation and to treat various conditions. Sessions are taped for the client's continued use at home. Self help tapes also available by post. Simply email your problem and I will send a personalised tape.
