Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to bypass the conscious mind and enable behaviour patterns to be changed. I must emphasise it is not 'mind control' and it is not sleep. It is deep relaxation.

Although hypnotherapists often use the word 'sleep' the subject is actually more aware under hypnosis than in the 'normal' state. Hence you find a lot of people will say 'I didn't really go under, but I felt relaxed!'

I hold one-to-one sessions for a great number of conditions and ailments. These sessions are taped for your continued use at home. Hypnosis sessions last approximately 30 to 45 minutes plus a full consultation on the first visit.
